When is it available?
In-store Pickup and Curbside is available Monday-Friday 10am-8pm

How late can I place my order for pickup?
Orders for same day pickup must be placed no later than 5pm (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed after 5pm will be available for pickup by 10am the following day*
*Orders placed on Friday after 5pm (or Saturday or Sunday) will be available at 10am the following Monday 
(if we are closed that Monday due to a holiday, orders will be delivered Tuesday) 

How will I know that my order is ready?
We'll email you as soon as your items are ready for pickup!

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
We have most orders ready within 2 hours! 

How do I pick up In-Store?
Please go to the Customer Service window and simply show your order confirmation.

How do I pick up Curbside?
Please park in the designated curbside parking spot in the back of the lot. Call the number on the sign and let us know you’re here for curbside. We’ll ask for your order number and car description


How much is delivery?
FREE delivery with $59+ purchase
Orders under $59, pay a flat rate fee of $4.99

When is delivery available?
Deliveries are currently Monday-Friday

How soon do I have to place my order to receive it the same day?
Your order must placed by 12pm for same day delivery
Orders placed after 12pm will be for next day delivery
Friday orders placed after 12pm (or Saturday or Sunday) will be delivered the following Monday (if we are closed that Monday due to a holiday, orders will be delivered Tuesday) 

Where will my delivery be placed?
Your deliveries will be placed at your front door, as discreetly as possible 

How will I know my delivery has arrived?
We'll email you as soon as your order is out for delivery AND once it's delivered! 


What about returns or exchanges?
At this time, returns or exchanges will only be accepted in-store


What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days
Recovery collars must be returned or exchanged within 24 hours
Torn or used toys are non-refundable
Open flea control items and supplements are non-refundable
All items must be in new or original condition


I have a Frequent Buyer Program with Anaheim Feed in-store, will that merge with my online purchases?
Yes! As long as the account you create online has the same phone number you used to sign up in-store 

Can I redeem free items online?
Yes, you can redeem free items online. Your frequent buyer card must already be full in order to redeem (ex. 10 out of 10 items are on the card at the time of purchase). Please note: sales tax is due upon redemption.
